All prices are net and we reserve the right to limit quantities. As our prices are so low, there are no further discounts (eg. case discounts). Shipping charges will be determined and charged at the time of shipment. We pass through actual shipping costs to you, this is not a profit center for us. We do not charge packing or handling fees.
We will charge sales taxes as required by law.
We comply with all laws regarding sales to minors. By placing an order you affirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that the person receiving the wine will be 21 years of age or older.
Shipments will be made by common carrier. Vineyard Specialties, Inc. operates within state laws for sales of alcoholic beverages. Shipments will only be made if Vineyard Specialties, Inc. is not liable for legal action or harm. All wine is sold in California, and title passes to the buyer in California. The customer, by placing an order, stipulates that they are knowledgeable of and complying with the laws governing shipment into their area.
All deliveries are subject to the following restrictions:
- Packages will be clearly marked as containing alcoholic beverages
- All deliveries must be received by someone 21 years of age or older. They will be required to sign for the shipment and show proof of age to the delivery carrier.
- Deliveries will not be left with a visibly intoxicated person.
To ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery, we encourage mailing to your place of business. No shipments can be made to PO boxes.
Vineyard Specialties, Inc. is not liable for any damages to goods that occur during transportation.
